Terms of the deep scan

1. Who we are. AO Services, KvK 86816632, BTW NL004319767B61, Eindhoven, the Netherlands, info@tokenizen.nl, phone +31 6 40840108.

2. What we sell. One report for one public GitHub repository that you name, at the price shown before you pay: hypotheses about the Solidity code, written by an AI reader and meant to be checked by hand. It is not an audit, a certificate, legal advice or a promise that nothing else is wrong. The scan can miss real problems and can name problems that are not real. We have run this deep scan once on one public contest. One run is too little for a quality figure, so we give none. How our earlier scans did, with the judge named next to every number, is on tokenizen.nl/en/scoreboard.

3. Price and payment. The price is 0.02 euro per line of Solidity code in scope, with a minimum of 2 euro. The maximum is 12,000 lines; for a larger repository we make an offer by email. Every line of a .sol file counts, blank lines and comments included. We do not count files in folders named test, tests, mock, mocks, script, scripts, interface, interfaces, lib or node_modules, nor files that end in .t.sol or .s.sol or have Mock or Test in their name. The number of lines and the price are shown before you pay. The scan reads the code as it is when the scan starts, and a smaller repository does not lower the price. Prices include VAT. For a purchase for your business, email your company name, address and VAT number to info@tokenizen.nl and we send you an invoice that shows the VAT. You pay through Stripe, by card or iDEAL, and the scan starts after we receive your payment. We measure the repository again when the scan starts. If it has grown by more than 20 percent plus 50 lines since the price was shown, the scan does not run and you get a full refund.

4. Start at once, delivery and refunds. You ask us to start the scan right after your payment. The report is delivered on this website, at a private link that only you have. We refund the full price if the scan fails and you get no report, if the report contains no hypotheses, if it read less than half of the code in scope (the report then says so, and you keep it), or if your scan has not started within 6 hours after Stripe confirmed your payment to us. If part of the scan could not finish but the scan still read half of the code or more, the report says so and the price is not refunded. We also refund the full price in any other case where we did not deliver what you paid for. In all other cases the price is not refunded, and this does not limit the rights that you have by law. If you are a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a digital service. By asking us to start at once you agree that this right ends when we have fully delivered the report, and you confirm that you know this before you pay. Until then you can withdraw with the button "Cancel purchase" on the page of your report, or by email to info@tokenizen.nl, or with the model form at the end of these terms. If you withdraw before your report is delivered, we make no report and refund the full price. Stripe sends you a receipt by email after your payment, and an email when a refund is made. You can also download a confirmation of your order, with the time of your agreement, on the page of your report. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

5. What you give us. The name of a public GitHub repository that you own or are allowed to have scanned. Stripe asks for your email address to send you the receipt. We read public code only and never ask for access to your repositories.

6. Your report. Your report is available for 30 days at the private link. Anyone who has the link can read the report, so keep the link as private as you want the report to be. After 30 days we delete the order and the report, except an order that is waiting for a refund.

7. What we do not promise. We do not promise that the scan finds anything, that what it names is real, or that a repository is safe. Two runs on the same code can give different lists. Our own checks of the scan are our own and are not an independent audit.

8. Liability. We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the scan in question. This does not limit rights that you have by law as a consumer.

9. Personal data. See tokenizen.nl/en/privacy.

10. Law. Dutch law applies. A dispute goes to the court in Oost-Brabant, unless you are a consumer: then the court that the law gives you also applies. These terms also exist in Dutch. If the texts differ, the English text applies; if you are a consumer, the rights that the law gives you stay.
